Unless otherwise noted, all of our available rentals allow cats, as long as they do not cause damage to the unit or cause complaints from neighbors. Some of our rentals are also dog-friendly. Please see the individual listing details for more specific information on what types of pets are allowed in a particular property and what additional restrictions or requirements might be applicable. Additional fees for pets are as follows: $100 non refundable deposit per pet $15 per cat will be added to the base rent each month $25 per dog will be added to the base rent each month.

IPG does require every tenant to obtain renters insurance. Renters insurance will protect you against catastrophic damage to your property and potential legal liabilities.
