Maintenance Emergencies

Anything that endangers life or poses severe damage risk to the property if not corrected immediately is considered a maintenance emergency. Emergency maintenance requests can be made 24-hours a day by calling the IPG Emergency Maintenance Line: 502-459-5007, extension 6.

Examples of a maintenance emergency:

  • An uncontrollable leak
  • No hot water
  • No heat and the temperature outside is below 50 degrees
  • No AC and the temperature outside is above 80 degrees
  • Electricity is out

If the emergency is life threatening, dial 911.

  • If this is a nuisance or crime issue, such as noise, harassment, or theft, please contact the police.

All non emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through IPG’s tenant portal.

What maintenance is a resident responsible for?

The resident is required to keep the property in neat and clean condition and to perform minor repairs per the terms of their lease (ie changing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets). Residents can make general maintenance requests through their online tenant portal.
