IPG has been a provider of professional property management services in the Louisville area since 2004. We are dedicated to maximizing the return on investment and asset preservation/enhancement for our clients, while creating and maintaining quality-housing opportunities for our residents. We manage all types of residential rental properties ranging from large multi-unit complexes and buildings to single family home portfolios, condominiums, town homes, duplexes, and triplexes. Our very active remodeling division offers design and build-out expertise that is tailored to generating the highest market revenues, minimizing future maintenance costs, and ensuring the highest property appreciation values.

ACQUISITIONS

As an additional benefit to our investor clients, IPG offers a comprehensive analysis for any targeted acquisitions. This analysis includes revenue projection and value as it relates to purchase price, property profile, and condition. We also offer full brokerage services for the acquisition or sale of any assets in the portfolio.

REHAB AND DESIGN

IPG’s clients have the advantage of a unique and specialized set of in-house design, remodel, and rehab experience and services. We are able to maximize our clients portfolio return, value, and appreciation based on a customized approach to a particular unit or an entire building. This approach could suggest anything from a large scale rehab to a simple aesthetic remodel of finishes and fixtures. These approaches are always based on a strict analysis of the unit or building in terms of prospective tenant demographic, potential rent revenue, and overall value of the asset.
